Please read these terms carefully before using Dexter Plus.

Dexter Plus provides cloud ERP software on a subscription basis. Our platform includes modules for finance, payroll, HR, sales, project management, property management, and more — delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution hosted on secure cloud infrastructure.
You agree not to misuse the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law. Specifically, you may not:
Fees, billing cycles, and renewals are set out in your order form. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes including UAE VAT.
Dexter Plus retains all intellectual property rights in the software, documentation, and associated materials. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service during the subscription term.
Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. You retain ownership of your data. We process your data only as necessary to deliver the service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
